Dr. Centers is a pediatrician and the clinical director at the Osteopathic Center for Children and Families, and he will be speaking on "Mind, Matter, And Motion: The Osteopathic Approach to Children With Autism Spectrum Disorder." This will be an exciting lecture, so be sure to put this on your agenda! Lunch will be served.  There will also be an evening Osteopathic Demonstration session in the OMM lab, so you don’t want to miss out!

March 4-9: National ACOFP Convention/Exhibition in Washington D.C.
All members are invited to attend the annual ACOFP convention, which is being held at the Gaylord National Resort & Convention Center, which is located on the waterfront of the Potomac river.  You will be able to register for the convention on http://www.acofp.org/education/DC_09/default.aspx.  You can check out the hotel and convention center at http://www.gaylordhotels.com/gaylord-national/.

The ACOFP and SOMA Spring conventions coincide and are both in Washington D.C., so we will be working together to accommodate students.  We can have an amazing and influential presence at both conventions in 2009!!
