Mission Statement:
The purpose of this organization is to conduct activities, programs, and events to promote the understanding of Orthopedic and Sports Medicine. The primary activities of the organization are to promote better knowledge of musculoskeletal injuries and treatment, to assure professional development of orthopedic and sports medicine health professionals, and to foster contribution of medical expertise and information regarding orthopedic medicine and sports medicine. Additionally, the purpose of the group will be to enhance a high standard of patient care by providing the membership information on advances in the field of Orthopedics and Sports medicine through education, publications, and meetings.
