The Psychiatry Interest Group mission is to increase awareness of the importance of psychiatry in all aspects of medicine. This will be accomplished by reaching out to the Touro University Nevada community by providing events and guest lectures incorporating psychiatry into various specialties. For those interested in a career in psychiatry, the group also provides more focused resources including internet resources and group discussions.
