D.O. Day on Capitol Hill

D.O. Day on Capitol Hill is sponsored by the American Osteopathic Association (AOA). This is a yearly event which gives Osteopathic medical students and physicians a chance to meet with a Senator and Member of the House of Representatives to lobby for critical healthcare legislature. Last year, we lobbied for increasing Medicare reimbursements, the number of residency programs, and obesity awareness. Our goal is to fund Touro Nevada's medical students to represent Nevada nationally in Washington D.C. at DO Day on the Hill.
